Jobs Description Studio related
- All work that has to be done to ensure a continuous improvement of the Artist studio.
- Purchase, order and maintains all Studio equipment.
- Periodically and if needed clean, test and check studio equipment.
- Assist to check all studio equipment.
- Collect all needed info for equipment insurance and documentation.

On Tour / SHOW related
- All work that has to be done to ensure a continuous improvement process of all shows, workflow and related processes.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Communication and negotiation with colleagues, client, promoter and provider.
- Autonomously checking Emails, touring sheets and calendar, itineraries and travel
sheets.
- Purchase, order and maintains all performance equipment.
- Periodically and if needed clean, test and check performance equipment.
- Assist to check all performance & studio equipment in Berlin.
- Collect all needed info for equipment insurance and documentation.

IN PRINICPLE**
- Daily tour-team-meeting with all crewmembers to review timetable and open points or questions from the team.
- Ensure that all crewmembers and Artist has all necessary information (e.g. dinner-, transport-, checkout-timing etc.).
- Take care of the Artist and the crewmembers (hospitality). Preproduction**
- Communication with Production Manager and Promoter.
- Communication with Logistics Manager regarding timing, transports and bookings for
complete crew.
- Coordinate logistics and transport of performance equipment.
   
Production / Show**
- Reconfirm that everything is ready before team arrive on site.
- Check Hotel for all crewmembers and reconfirm late check out.
- Set up complete performance equipment (our own + provided equipment).
- Breakdown our performance equipment.
- Soundcheck.
- Check and assist with touring broadcast (RADR).
- Check and reconfirm Hospitality Rider.
- Doublecheck and reconfirm Guestlist + dinner plans.
- Check and reconfirm ground transportation for complete crew.
- Briefing of the local stage crew.
- Briefing local lighting operator (if our own operator is not on site).
- Taking care of safety and security issues.
- Assist to check all performance & studio equipment.

Postproduction
- Communicate feedback regarding production and logistics.
- Use of feedback data base.
- If necessary, call up a debriefing
